While driving in the opposite direction a driver, described as a male Black adult driving a black, four-door Mercedes, became extremely upset with her. She lowered her window to apologize for her mistake when the man [suspect] lowered his window and began yelling profanities at her. She rolled up her window and drove away. She then parked at the side of the parking lot and waited for her co-worker to arrive so she could transfer the remaining packages in her truck to the co-workers. While waiting the suspect exited his vehicle and approached her. He lunged at her in an attempt to strike her. In defense, she kicked the suspect. The suspect then slapped the woman multiple times in the head. She raised her hands to block the hits to her head but then the suspect punched her in the arm. She attempted to back away from the suspect but he grabbed her hair and attempted to drag her.
