Customers of Southern California Edison are experiencing a widespread outage that is predicted to continue through this evening. As a precaution, SCE has shut down power to several areas due to the Red Flag Warning and winds. It is expected that the power will not be restored until Saturday morning after crews can inspect the lines after the winds die down, according to Dave Ford with SCE.
