Knowing No Boundaries

As integral members of the Crescenta Valley, we feel that it is important that you are aware of the efforts of several La Crescenta community members to inform our representatives and our first responders of our concern for the safety of our neighborhoods in the event of a wildfire.

The tragedies of the Eaton Fire bring this even closer to home. Wildfires know no boundaries – we are all endangered. Available correspondence (given to key people and available for review) enumerates our concerns to those who are responsible for the safety of this area.

We are hopeful that our request for an evacuation study be done before additional density (66 apartments) at the crucial intersection of Briggs and Foothill be approved by the LA County Board of Supervisors.

If you are in agreement with our concerns, please voice your opinion to our representatives and to our first responders.
