The Community Center of La Cañada Flintridge will launch its 2026–27 performing arts series CCLCF Presents on Sept. 19 at 7 p.m. with an intimate evening of live jazz featuring Los Angeles-based drummer, composer and bandleader Anthony Fung.

A Thelonious Monk Institute alumnus, Fung has performed and studied alongside jazz legends including Herbie Hancock and Wayne Shorter. He brings his dynamic artistry to La Cañada for a night of rich, soulful sound that promises to resonate with jazz enthusiasts and newcomers alike.

Guests are invited to enjoy drinks and light snacks as they settle in for an evening that sets the tone for a series of performing arts excellence.

Each month, CCLCF Presents will feature LA-based artists and showcase local talent through enriching and exciting performances. From musical theatre to murder mystery, this series will appeal to a wide range of interests that will both entertain and engage.
