Glendale P.E.O. Chapter DJ recently welcomed the presidents of the chapters comprising the Verdugo Hills Reciprocity Bureau to a special summer concert and recognition event held at Oakmont Country Club.

Members of Chapter DJ and their guests enjoyed an afternoon of refreshments followed by a musical program featuring two talented performers with ties to the chapter. Ellie Choate, a Chapter DJ member, delighted the audience with selections on the harp while Meghan Dibble, daughter of a Chapter DJ member, captivated guests with her vocal performances.

The event recognized the leadership and service of the current chapter presidents and their representatives, including Kristie Colgate (IH), Virginia De Martinis (HG), Lilly Kraut (FF-KU), Marge McNaught, Verdugo Hills Reciprocity Bureau president (FF-KU), Donna Michael (EO), Anne Peplow (KD-KO), Sue Siebles (VS), Kim Smith (U), Pat Steen (MZ), Mary Wickser and Patty Doherty (GD).

Chapter DJ also honored its past presidents, including Ginger Dennis, Jeannie Flint, Diane Potter, Debbie Hinckley, Lynne Dibble and Vicky Voll, recognizing their years of dedication and leadership.

P.E.O. (Philanthropic Educational Organization) is an international organization dedicated to helping women achieve their educational goals through scholarships, grants, awards and loans. Its philanthropic programs provide financial assistance to women at various stages of their educational journeys, from undergraduate studies to advanced degrees and career development.
