Whether getting a jump on holiday shopping, adding to seasonal decorations or simply enjoying a fun summer outing, this popular event offers plenty of reasons to shop.

Every purchase helps support the Assistance League of Glendale’s eight philanthropic programs, which serve children, families and seniors throughout the community. For more than 80 years, dedicated volunteers have worked to meet local needs through programs that provide clothing for students, scholarships, assistance for seniors, support for individuals experiencing homelessness, and more.
Together, ALG programs served more than 5,500 individuals during the 2025-26 fiscal year, including supplying over 500 students with new clothing and other essential items, providing laundry baskets and bags with necessities for the homeless in partnership with Ascencia and awarding eight scholarships to help students pursue educational goals.

In addition to our philanthropic programs, ALG offers volunteer opportunities through its own chapter as well as for the Assisteens®, a youth auxiliary of students in grades seven-12 and Las Caritas, a professional auxiliary supporting their own philanthropic efforts and programs.
