The 2400 eastbound block of Foothill Boulevard is closed to all traffic from Sunset Avenue to Briggs Avenue due to a grass fire. The call came in at 2:06 p.m. today, Monday. LA County Fire was on scene at 2:07 p.m. It appears the fire is contained.
