A free, one-day celebration of historic preservation, craftsmanship and the communities built around both takes place on Saturday, June 13 at Pasadena’s historic Blinn House and grounds, 160 Oakland Ave. in Pasadena. This event is presented by Pasadena Heritage, The Glendale Historical Society, Altadena Heritage and the Altadena Historical Society.

Inspired by Antiques Roadshow on PBS, the event will feature “What’s It Worth?” when expert appraisers from John Moran Auctioneers offer live verbal valuations of treasured heirlooms, collectibles and discoveries brought to them at the Blinn House. For those who have either inherited a family keepsake, uncovered a flea market find or simply want to learn more about a favorite object, this is their chance to discover its story … and its value.

Ticket holders for “What’s It Worth?” may bring up to five items for evaluation including:

• Fine Art Paintings, Sculpture, Prints & Multiples, Photography
• Jewelry, Watches, Handbags & Luxury Accessories
• Decorative Arts & Antiques
• Furniture, Silver, Ceramics, Glass, Clocks & Barometers, Objects of Vertu
• Books, Collectibles & Manuscripts
• Asian Works of Art and Other Unique Treasures

Whether inherited, discovered, or long treasured, every object has a story – and possibly surprising value.

Can’t bring the item to the event? Photographs or cellphone images may also be evaluated.

All ticket proceeds will benefit Pasadena Heritage, The Glendale Historical Society, Altadena Heritage and the Altadena Historical Society.

Admission for the Regional Restoration Expo is free, and all are welcome. No RSVP is required.
