An unexpected electricity outage has occurred in the neighborhoods of the unincorporated Los Angeles County/Montrose. According to Scott Johnson, spokesperson for Southern California Edison, it has affected 1,614 customers. The outage began at 7:41 AM. Crews are looking into the cause.
