The YMCA of the Foothills announced the successful completion of its 2026 Annual Support Campaign, raising $178,000 to support critical programs and financial assistance for the community.
This year’s campaign, themed Heart of the Foothills, highlighted the YMCA’s role as a central force in strengthening community connections and supporting individuals and families across the region. The achievement reflects the collective dedication of YMCA staff, volunteers, board members and generous donors – some of whom have supported the campaign for more than 45 years.
“Each year, our community comes together to ensure that everyone has access to the programs and services that help them thrive,” said Joanne Pingry, director of Mission Advancement. “This success truly represents the heart and spirit of the Foothills.”
Although the official campaign season has concluded, fundraising efforts continue year-round to sustain the Y’s financial assistance program. Through this program, thousands of individuals and families are able to participate in life-changing YMCA programs regardless of their ability to pay.
The YMCA of the Foothills remains committed to promoting healthy living, fostering connection, and expanding access to wellness opportunities for all.
