According to a CVWD spokesperson, “There was a pump leak that popped up [Wednesday] night at Ocean View and Foothill boulevards. A contractor is on-site for repair. Customers [have low water pressure] between Foothill and the freeway on Ocean View.”

The source of the leak was a distribution main.
