The Bahá’ís of Glendale Respond to Ascencia’s Call for Action

In response to a community need, the Bahá’ís of Glendale recently supported Ascencia’s call for pantry donations. Guided by the Bahá’í principles of unity and

community building, participants contributed essential food items to help sustain Ascencia’s kitchen.

Donations included a variety of provisions such as canned goods, pasta, noodles and an abundance of snacks. These contributions play a vital role in supporting Ascencia’s clients, many of whom rely on supplemental pantry resources. By helping to keep the pantry well-stocked, donors are offering both practical assistance and a sense of care and stability – supporting individuals as they work toward secure, permanent housing. Ascencia’s continued success depends on this kind

of collective effort and ongoing community support.

Everyone is encouraged to continue this spirit of giving. When donating, please ensure that all items are non-perishable, unopened and not expired. Thoughtful contributions help guarantee recipients receive safe, high-quality food. Contact Ascencia directly to make a donation – every contribution, large or small, makes a meaningful difference.
