A prescribed pile burn that was originally scheduled for March 10 but was subsequently cancelled is currently taking place today, March 24. The pile burn began at around 9 a.m. and is expected to continue through the early afternoon in the Briggs Terrace and Shields Canyon area. (Map attached.)
