Howdy, folks! On Saturday, March 7, the Community Center preschool will host its annual Western Round-Up. For over 30 years, the Western Round-Up has brought together preschool families and the community at large for a one-of-a-kind, western-themed carnival that is the preschool’s largest fundraiser of the year. To celebrate 32 years, the preschool set a goal to raise $32,000. Proceeds from the Round-Up fund preschool enrichment programs, classroom and playground enhancements and tuition scholarships.

The Round-Up boasts carnival rides, pony rides, game booths, a petting zoo, face painting, balloon animals and sweet treats. It also features a silent auction that is not to be missed. This year’s highlights include a wine tasting for two at the stunning Castello Di Amorosa, Los Angeles Rams tickets, a three-night/four-day staycation in a beautiful Big Bear cabin, a luxury hair package, private sports training, a premium facial acupuncture session, tickets to the Sloomoo Institute, health and wellness packages and so much more! 

If that is not enough incentive, Carey Haynes of Haynes Group Real Estate is generously donating a $500 Apple Gift Card, which will be raffled off on the day of the event. Guests who are feeling lucky can purchase their raffle tickets at the preschool’s office or at the Round-Up for $1 per ticket. Families can also grab lunch from the Los Gringos Locos Taco Cart (a neighborhood favorite) and then visit the Round-Up’s General Store for a sweet treat.
