Saturday evening was the 7th Annual Montrose Holiday Wine Walk. Held along Honolulu Avenue and Ocean View Boulevard, the event featured more than 25 “pouring stations” that offered a variety of wines for ticket holders to try.

Members of the La Crescenta Woman’s Club greeted purchasers with a commemorative tote bag that held $10 in scrip, 15 tickets to the pouring stations throughout the Montrose Shopping Park, a program that outlined the many participating merchants plus a souvenir wine glass and all-important wristband.

Ticket holders not only enjoyed some wine they might not have previously tried but also stepping across the threshold of some of the dynamic shops that Montrose offers. Live music kept up the festive mood.

The next event the Montrose Shopping Park Assn. is holding is the annual tree lighting event on Nov. 28 at 6:15 p.m., also held at the corner of Ocean View Boulevard and Honolulu Avenue.
