On Tuesday, Nov. 11 at 8 a.m. at Two Strike Park, 5107 Rosemont Ave. in La Crescenta, the American Legion Post 288 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 1614 will host a Veterans Day commemoration.

The Crescenta Valley High School Air Force Junior ROTC (CA-882) will perform the presentation of colors. The American Legion color guard will perform the “The Armed Forces Medley” honoring all the services of the Armed Forces. Boy Scout Troop 288, sponsored by the American Legion Post 288, will conduct a flag retirement ceremony. 

All members of the Crescenta Valley community are invited to attend; seating will be provided.
