Eric and Alissa Hwang of Alissa’s Ocean View Bar & Grill were presented with a certificate of appreciation by Mike Riley, president of the CV Chamber of Commerce. Alissa’s was recognized for recently hosting a dine-out benefitting the CV Chamber scholarship fund. The couple also donated money for the fund.
