Public’s Help Sought

Glendale Police Dept. is seeking help identifying a male suspect involved in a recent jewelry store burglary.

On Tuesday, Jan. 19 at approx. 4 p.m., a smash-and-grab burglary occurred at a jewelry store on the 100 block of North Brand Boulevard. The suspect approached the store carrying a white bag and a small black suitcase. He pulled out a chain with a padlock that he used to lock the front door. He then smashed the exterior glass using a metal socket. He grabbed several Rolex watches and fled on foot to a black minivan he staged nearby. He fled in the van as the driver.
