A fatal traffic accident has occurred on the eastbound Foothill (210) freeway at the Angeles Crest Highway at 8:35 a.m. this morning. California Highway Patrol has closed down the eastbound on and off ramps of the Angeles Crest Highway. The accident is under investigation.
