According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff Dept.-Crescenta Valley Station, the Crescenta Valley Summer Crime Enforcement Team arrested a male adult near Foothill Boulevard and Marnice Avenue in Tujunga for possession for sale of heroin.

“The suspect was parked in his vehicle by the Goodwill with the car door wide open. We walked up and started talking to him and noticed the narcotic pipe on the floorboards,” said an arresting deputy.

Deputies conducted a search and discovered a large quantity of heroin and drug paraphernalia for sale (see photograph).
