On Sunday, Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy in La Cañada Flintridge held its commencement ceremony on the campus that overlooks the city below. The traditional white dresses and red roses created a picturesque image as the 106 graduates celebrated their accomplishments and looked toward their college future.

Tara Kawai-Daniels was the class valedictorian and the salutatorian was Lauren Kean; both girls plan on attending college to major in engineering.
