Welcome New CV Chamber Members

Four new members joined the CV Chamber in June. Please welcome the following: Crown Mark Real Estate Group specializes in property management and commercial real estate. Owner/broker Ara Markarian leads a team that can handle all aspects of real estate ownership and management. They have two offices, one in Pasadena and one at 4146 Ocean View Blvd. in Montrose. They’ve been in the Montrose area since 2013 and serve clients in La Cañada, La Crescenta and Montrose. Mr. Markarian hopes his chamber membership will help his company form relationships for the betterment of the community and the chamber. Alex Trevino, owner of Trevino Properties at 2600 Foothill Blvd., Suite 302 in La Crescenta, suggests that “it is daunting to think of how many licensed brokers and agents exist in California. In fact, it is overwhelming.” He goes on to say that, after 18 years of real estate experience, his team has seen the highs and lows of what this industry has to offer. Finally, we welcome to the Chamber the Hollywood Production Center in Glendale. Marketing director Najmeh Farashi is the person to talk to if you’re interested in renting out space for your production or other business enterprise.  Short-term leases, immediate occupancy and state-of-the-art facilities make the Hollywood Production Center a good fit for many businesses. Their administrative offices are still at 121 W. Lexington but they have a new building at 127 S. Brand (not far from In-N-Out Burgers) that they are currently promoting. In fact, we’ll be holding our August mixer there. Please join us on Wednesday, Aug. 10 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. for refreshments and a look at the new facility.

Upcoming Events
The next mixer is at Chris Aristo State Farm Agency at 2409 Honolulu Ave., Suite 5, Montrose on Wednesday, July 13 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. We’ll have al fresco dining under the tents and cool summer drinks. The membership drawing has reached a record $550! All business members’ names are in the “fishbowl.” If your name is drawn, you definitely want to be there to win. Last month Glendale Adventist Medical Center was picked but, alas, they weren’t there. Come meet some of our newest members and hear what they have to say about their businesses.
