Gazpacho recipe


1/2 watermelon

5 roasted bell peppers

4 cups of orange juice

1 litre of tomato juice

4 cucumbers (peeled and seeded)

1/2 red onion

1/4 cup of sherry wine vinegar

12 oz. of any regular bread (no crust )

Salt & pepper to taste

Place all the ingredients together. Let them sit for 10 minutes so the bread absorbs all the liquids and becomes soft and moist. Then proceed to grind it. If you don’t have a hand mixer or a food procesor you can use your blender, but you don’t want to blend it all the way; try to make it a little bit chunky.

Check for seasoning.
