Registration is now open for the Glendale City Golf Championship that takes place on July 25 and July 29. The Glendale Parks and Open Space Foundation, Scholl Canyon Golf Course, the Oakmont Country Club, American Golf and The Local Trusted Choice Insurance Agents have joined together to create this second year event that benefits the local parks and open space.

The event is open to all amateur golfers. The first round will take place on July 25 at the Scholl Canyon Golf Course in Glendale. There will be four flights. The low 16 gross in the championship flight and the low eight in the other three net flights will advance to the Oakmont Country Club on July 29 to compete for the championship. There is also a women’s division.

Golfers of all abilities are welcome. The cost for the event is only $85 and golf carts are included.
