Women’s Bible Study at Montrose Church
The Women’s Bible Study at Montrose Church meets on Friday mornings at 9 a.m. until Friday, Nov. 16 when they break for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

All are welcome.

The Red Door at St. George’s
St. George’s Episcopal Church in La Cañada formed a new support group called The Red Door: Exploring Spirituality of the 12 Steps. The group meets in the parish hall on the first Tuesday of each month from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. All of the conversations will take place over a light supper.

The Red Door was created to assist those in recovery from addictions to better understand the spiritual relationship towards wholeness, which is inherent in the 12-step program. The Red Door is not about conversion or as a means to recruit new church members, but hopes to tackle questions and doubt in a safe, hospitable atmosphere of mutual support and trust.

Questions can be directed to the Rev. Anthony Keller, deacon on staff at St. George’s church, by calling (818) 790-3323 or via email
