‘Navigating Change’ at CSL La Crescenta
On Sunday, June 29 from noon to 3 p.m., learn to Navigate Change with Authority. Facilitated by Rev. Ann Rea (who is also the 10 a.m. celebration service guest speaker) and Denise Forlizzi, RScP.

Suggested donation is $20.

Coming up is Cowboy Church on July 13 at 10 a.m.

Tuesday Table Talk  
On Tuesday, July 1, Bethel Church will we will offer a talk by Dr. David Tan entitled “Global Warming:  How Are We Doing?” Dr. Tan, an atmospheric chemist, will speak on the current state of the planet with respect to climate change, what is likely to be in store for the near term, how well our earlier projections have turned out, and principles and ideas for possible mitigation and adaptation.  For the kids, we will show the film “Planes” at the same time.

The lecture and video will be preceded by a potluck supper.  The potluck starts at 6:30 p.m., the presentations start at 7:15 p.m., followed by dessert and discussion at about 9:15 p.m.  Free.

“Kingdom Rock” Bible school is for children kindergarten through eighth grade and takes place July 21 – July 25 from 9 a.m. to noon at Bethel Church. There will be singing, Bible lesson and crafts; snacks are included.
