Missing Snake and El Niño Meeting

Missing Snake
A python, estimated at two feet long, has gone missing in the 2500 block of Piedmont in Montrose as of Sunday morning. Sheriffs have been notified. Though it typically is a constricting-type of animal, it could bite if agitated or threatened. If seen, contacted the CV Sheriff’s Dept. at (818) 248-3464.

El Niño Meeting Tonight
The City of Glendale is holding its second in a series of El Niño Community Meetings today at 6 p.m. at the Center for Spiritual Living-4845 Dunsmore Ave. in La Crescenta. It is important that residents attend in order to be prepared for the coming winter months and disastrous weather expected in the future. www.ElNinoReady.org
