4300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue in La Crescenta, it appeared that someone attempted to enter a locked vehicle. Chrome trim on the driver’s and passenger side window was missing, from a Lexus overnight.

4800 block of Oakgrove Drive in Pasadena, Ara Badashian, 35, of Altadena was arrested after a JPL security police officer allegedly found him in the lab’s parking lot with a family member’s vehicle he did not have permission to drive and hubcaps from employee’s vehicles. He was arrested at 4:45 p.m.

Nov. 16

5800 block of Freeman Avenue in La Crescenta, two envelopes containing checks were stolen from a mailbox about 1 p.m.
