5400 block of Ocean View Boulevard in La Cañada, the rear passenger seat was stolen from an unlocked vehicle between midnight and 1:15 a.m.

700 block of Flintridge Avenue in La Cañada, jewelry and a pillowcase were stolen from a home. The resident had reported leaving a back door open when she left her home. When she returned her home was ransacked and the items were stolen between 10:30 a.m. and 3:55 p.m.
4000 block of Dover Road in La Cañada, jewelry and cash were stolen and the rear glass door of a residence was shattered between 1:45 p.m. and 3:45 p.m.

2300 block of Del Mar Road in Montrose, a toolbox and a shock reservoir were stolen from a vehicle.
2900 block of Fairmount Avenue in La Crescenta, a no trespassing sign was stolen from a property overnight.

2600 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Crescenta, a 26-year-old North Hollywood man was arrested for taking facial and eye cream, a utility knife, baby formula, hair treatment and scar gel out of a store without attempting to pay for the items at 6:59 p.m.
