Home Invasion in Glendale

A home invasion robbery occurred on Wednesday at about 3 a.m. in the 500 block of E. Windsor Road in Glendale.

Victims at home were two females, one in her 50s and one in her 70s. They were both sleeping at the time. The 70-year-old woman did not wake during the incident; however, the 50-year-old woman was woken by the suspect who was in her bedroom. The suspect asked for money. The woman told the suspect she did not have money and he fled with a laptop computer and the victim’s purse. Neither victim has determined exact loss at this time.

It is unknown how many suspects were involved and how the suspect gained entry into the residence. The victim described the one suspect as a male, African-American with a mask covering his face. No vehicles were seen. The residence was a single-family home. Neither victim was injured or restrained.
