Burglary During Graduation Ceremony

The Glendale Police Dept. is requesting the public’s assistance with identifying a suspect wanted for grand theft from Edison Elementary School, 435 S. Pacific Ave. in Glendale.

On June 2, between 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., the suspect entered the school while a graduation ceremony was being held in the auditorium. The suspect entered several unlocked classrooms and took two Apple Macbook laptops and one iPad before fleeing the school grounds.

The suspect is described as an African-American female, 28-38 years old, 5’5”- 5’8” and 125 -140 lbs.
