Apparent Drowning at a La Cañada Home

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau detectives are investigating the apparent drowning of a six-year-old girl in a swimming pool in La Cañada.

The incident occurred in the 4900 block of Indianola Way on Monday at 7:20 p.m. The child was transported to the hospital where she was pronounced dead, LASD released in a statement.

No other information has been released. The LASD’s Homicide Bureau is investigating this drowning.

    This was a horrific and tragic accident- not a homicide.
    I’m very surprised that your editor has not yet updated this story!
