Alert: Police Search For Sexual Battery Suspect Who Groped A Female Juvenile Walking Home From School

Burbank Police Search For Sexual Battery Suspect
On Tuesday, March 5, at approximately 3:20 pm, a 14 yr-old female and her 17 year-old sister were walking home from school in the 200 block of North San Fernando. While walking to the bus stop, the two girls observed a Male White, 30-35 years old, 5’07” to 5’08”, 170-190 pounds, yellow dyed hair, combed back and shoulder length, standing on the corner of Palm and San Fernando.

The victim and witness passed the suspect and continued walking towards the bus stop at Olive and San Fernando.

The male suspect they observed earlier at San Fernando and Palm ran up to the victim and squeezed her buttocks. The suspect did not say anything while groping the victim. The suspect then fled on foot through the passageway on San Fernando.

Both the victim and witness recognized the suspect as the same person they observed one to two weeks ago while they were in the area of the Glendale Galleria.

They also observed the suspect last Friday (March 1) in the area of San Fernando and Palm.

Anyone that was in the area of San Fernando and Orange Grove on Tuesday, MArch 5, 2013 at or around 3:20 pm, who may have witnessed this incident is asked to contact Detective Hawver at 818-238-3253.
