As of 8 a.m. all mandatory evacuations have been lifted, according to Sgt. John Caffrey, Crescenta Valley Sheriff’s Station.

“We are now doing soft closures. Residents with identification have access to and from their homes.  We are asking all residents to park in their driveway to allow [public works] to clean the streets,” Caffrey said.

There were no reports of damage during Tuesday’s rainstorm.
