Vehicle Theft Leads to Identity Theft

On Dec. 14 at about 2 p.m. a woman parked her vehicle on the street in the area of Altura and New York avenues. The woman placed her purse inside the trunk of the vehicle; when she returned the following day the purse was missing.

On Dec. 15 at 9:45 a.m. a male suspect allegedly used the woman’s credit card to make purchases at a Pasadena Target store. The suspect is described as a 30-year-old male black, 5’8” to 5’10” tall, average build with a mustache and goatee.
