Students from St. James Elementary and Holy Redeemer Middle schools participated in the schools’ annual adopt-a-family program in December.  Benefitting families in need through the St. Augustine parish in Culver City, each classroom “adopted” a family and gathered toys, clothes, and household items to show their spirit of community service during this season of giving. This is an annual program for the schools dating back decades.

On Dec. 11, cars were loaded with the wrapped gifts and a group of students and their parents transported the presents to St. Augustine.
