Cub Scout Pack 302, based at Monte Vista Elementary School, took part in the annual Trails End popcorn sale and, with a laser focus, the pack ended up selling over $4,000 during the three-week blitz. Sold exclusively by the Boy Scouts of America to help fund programs and activities, 70% of all sales go directly back to local Scouting.
Though all members of the pack worked hard, Ezra Han, age 8, and Nate Rogers, age 7, each sold a whopping $600 worth of popcorn. What makes this achievement particularly noteworthy is was their first time selling popcorn.
