6 medium cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chopped, fresh parsley
1 tablespoon paprika
1 1/2 lbs. boned pork loin
1 sweet onion
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
Mix spices, garlic, parsley and oil in food process. Mix well.
Pour over pork and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Lightly cover bottom of frying pan with olive oil, add sliced sweet onions and green, red and yellow peppers.
Cook on medium heat until onions are soft.
Add pork. Fry pork chops until done, about 15 to 20 minutes.
