July 21
4400 block of Cornishon Avenue in La Cañada, a woman reported that she had dropped her child off at school. She locked her vehicle and walked her child to the school and then returned to her vehicle. On her way to work her credit card company contacted her that someone had attempted to use her card without authorization. When she arrived at work she realized that her purse, which she had placed behind the driver’s seat, was missing.
The theft occurred between 9 a.m. and 9:23 a.m.
5500 block of Terrace Drive in La Crescenta, a vehicle’s registration, pink slip and insurance information as well as a gym bag were stolen from an unlocked vehicle overnight.
