It may be hard to imagine, but Erika Bruder Interior Design, LLC and Luxe Design/Build Inc. have big plans for this laundry room on the main floor of this year’s Showcase House.

The palette chosen is bright yellow and clean white with stainless steel appliances and fixtures. Slick subway tiles accent the walls.

Tickets are now on sale for the Showcase House of Design 2014. They can be ordered online at www.PasadenaShowcase.org or, for an additional fee, tickets may also be purchased by phone at (714) 442-3872. The house is open from April 13 to May 11 (Mother’s Day).

Primetime tickets ordered in advance are priced at $40 for weekdays from 9 a.m. to 1:45 p.m., and weekends from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The weekday matinee tickets are $35 for Tuesdays from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Wednesdays through Fridays from 2 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
