On Feb. 7, hundreds of Dilbeck sales partners gathered at the Pickwick Gardens Conference Center in Burbank to attend Dilbeck’s annual kickoff event. Mark Dilbeck began with a market update and announcements regarding new company initiatives, among them the updated marketing postcard library and their availability.

Featured speaker was Robert Watson who gave a presentation on “The Social Revolution; 10 Steps to Creating Your Digital Footprint.” Watson is known within and outside the real estate industry as a leader, coach and trainer with an express interest in the integration and use of technology, social media tools and social networking for real estate and small businesses. His presentation taught Dilbeck sales partners how to use social media to create a digital presence.

Following his presentation, tech liaisons Christina Hennings, Tiffany Hales, Rebecca Chan, Alissa Honig and Montana McCarter conducted round table presentations on how to use different social media tools including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn.

At the conclusion of the event, a drawing was held to win 500 postcards. Dilbeck drew the winner – sales partner Liz Avila of Dilbeck’s La Cañada office.
