Santa’s helpers from the La Crescenta Woman’s Club spent time this holiday season sorting toys and gifts for MEND (Meet Each Need with Dignity). This organization is located in the Pacoima area and helps individuals and families who are in need of a little help making ends meet. The ladies of LCWC volunteered their time packaging items for distribution. They also made a monetary donation to assist with the expenses associated in keeping this organization working throughout the year.

The La Crescenta Woman’s Club is a non-profit group that works in the community to promote good will. They donate scholarships to the local high schools and other local organizations in the area. If you are interested in joining this fun philanthropic group, contact Dawna Berger at topasita@yahoo.com.
